Volunteers needed to help Nassau County residents properly dispose of Household Hazardous Waste. Volunteers are needed to assist Nassau County residents in the proper disposal of Household Hazardous Waste. Volunteers help direct traffic, remove items from vehicles, and place items in the proper bins for recycling. This is a very rewarding and satisfying volunteer opportunity. If you would like a shift rather than help during the entire event, please contact [email protected] Where: Nassau County Road and Bridge Yard at 86200 Gene Lasserre Blvd., Yulee, FL. The gate entrance will be off of Courtney Isles Way. To ensure smooth traffic and no disruption to traffic on Hwy 200/A1A, a left turn only will be offered from Courtney Isles Way. The mission of Keep Nassau Beautiful is to enable and educate the public in the reduction of litter and waste, increase in recycling, and the beautification of public spaces in Nassau County FL.
