Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Experience • Ability to perform basic construction-oriented tasks. • Reliable transportation. • Ability to lift 80 lbs. Preferred Experience • Previous Landscape construction experience. • Operate machinery (skid steer loader, trenching saw, excavator, etc.). • Previous experience with Stonemasonry. Principal Responsibilities • Hardscape Installation (Pavers, Flagstone, Brick, etc.). • Build block walls, stonewalls, and retaining walls. • Building of outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, grills, and water features. • Installation of wall footings, fireplace, and kitchen footings. • Grading. • Hydroseeding. • Xeriscaping with a variety of rock. • Installing Riprap. • Drainage, irrigation, and sprinkler installation. • Installation of Trees, Plants, and shrubs. • Landscape Lighting. • Synthetic Turf installation. • Digging holes or trenches. • Operating a wheelbarrow. Qualifications • Attention to detail. • Great communication skills. • Works well in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative- works well with others.
