A special night of bluegrass featuring one of the top bluegrass bands in the region. Joining them will be local legends The Bus Boys! Monroe Crossing: Named in honor of Bill Monroe, “The Father of Bluegrass Music,” Monroe Crossing dazzles audiences with an electrifying blend of classic bluegrass, bluegrass gospel, original bluegrass and even selections outside the bluegrass genre. Their superb musicianship and on-stage rapport have entertained audiences across the United States, Canada and Europe. The night will begin with a special appearance by The Bus Boys. They have entertained music fans in the area for 40 years and will be a great addition to a night of bluegrass. Hurry Back Productions provides performing arts, cultural, and educational programming and helps promote the arts in Winona and SE Minnesota. The Highway 61 Concert Series is an annual season of events typically running between September and May.
