Decorative Trim is a growing finish carpentry company with a pre-hang door shop servicing both production and custom builders and operates out of a 30,000 square foot facility in Gilbert, AZ. Our team is looking for a Door Machine Operator who will be able to keep up with the daily production requirements and shop needs and accurately distribute items per our detailed pick tickets, all while keeping our inventory accurate. Examples of Door Machine Operators responsibilities • Operate sophisticated door machines (Norfield E-Series Magnum) • Work on a production line within a team concept • Machining and assemble interior single and twin door units • Cross training for competency in specific production processes • Prepare finished products for shipment • Maintain machines and tools on a daily basis • Maintain a clean/safe work area at all times • Conduct quality control on finished products Qualifications: • Previous experience in door manufacturing facilities a Plus • Familiarity with basic pneumatic tools, hand tools, light carpentry • Familiarity of building materials and light carpentry • Ability to read a tape measure a must • Capable of working on your feet 8-12 hours per day • Capable of lifting and maneuver a minimum of 50 lbs. • Ability to work well in teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Schedule Start/End time: 5am to 1pm Experience: • machine operator: 1 year (Preferred) • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits offered: • Competitive wages • Health insurance – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match • Sick time • Paid Vacation • Paid lunch If you are interested in applying your skills at a growing company with competitive pay and benefits, contact us today.
