I have a nice house in Hamilton, MT. that I am working on and living in part-time. The living area of the house is NOT being worked on and offers a very comfortable place to live. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Kitchen, LR and Dining. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped. Owner occupies a bedroom downstairs and shares the kitchen and bath, but is building a second kitchen and second bath. This housing is available on Sept. 1, 2021 or thereabouts. Also, there is an excellent place to park a camper or RV on the property. Electricity and water available. This space could also be available with or without access to the house. The work involves painting, simple carpentery and other tasks that do not require extensive experience. Flexible hours. Full-time or part-time. (30 - 50 hours/week) I can pay for all hours over and above those applied to rent at a fair scale. The timeline is somewhat flexible, but both the housing and the work are ready now. Owner is low-key male, 50's, very happy to be in MT. Lives there about 50% of the time. Serious inquiries only please. Must be diligent, hard worker. I have had one situation in the past where a person seriously misrepresented his abilities in home improvement and I will be taking precautions to ensure that this does not happen again. Pets OK. Children OK. No commitments as to continued housing after 10/30/2021, but a longer stay may be possible. Men or women. Young or old. This may work well for a couple. No drama. A positive attitude and cooperative spirit is required. I am posting this in Gigs rather than in Housing because getting the work done is much more important than getting rent. This would work great for someone in transition or someone just wanting to have a great Fall in the Bitterroot. I will not be back in MT until the end of August.
