Ms. Barrows holds a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Higher Education from Merrimack College and has worked since 2017 as both the Assistant Director and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at New England College. In this role she has served as a consultant to staff, faculty and students through creating programming and training opportunities that support broadening diversity and inclusion.
