Press release from the Athens-Clarke County Government: August 16, 2021 The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department will host public input sessions regarding the trail improvements proposed for Southeast Clarke Park. These sessions are planned for Saturday, August 28 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., and Monday, August 30 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Both sessions will take place outdoors at the Athens-Clarke County Tennis Center located at 4460 Lexington Road. Additionally, an online survey will be available at www.accgov.com/leisureserviceslistens. With Mayor and Commission approval, Leisure Services will apply for the State of Georgia's Division of Natural Resources' Recreational Trails Program grant that will require matching from SPLOST 2020 Park Improvements Project.
