Need a street mechanic to fix front struts

Hi there. I had someone put someone put new front struts on my car. He didnt do a good job. It sounds like something is loose when i drive. A clanking noise as if the stru is loose. Car also makes a vibrating/high idle sound when im sitting idle. Looking for a street mechanic to repair this job. Let me know how much you charge for this. Not looking to pay shop prices. The car is a 2007 ES350 Lexus. Also if you know how to do vasic repairs such as brakes, tune-ups, change a starter or an alternator let me know. Im also looking for a regular mechanic.
