Our Corporate Marketing Department has an urgent need for a part time Marketing Assistant only ONE DAY A WEEK. Preferably every Wednesday form 8am to 5pm. This could be a great segue for the right person with right personality to show their work ethic and get noticed for other job opportunities! Any applicants will need to provide their drivers license information and auto insurance if offered the job. This position will be eligible for gas mileage reimbursement at the rate of $0.58 per mile. Location: 6000 State Farm Drive, Suite 200, Rohnert Park, CA Reports to: Marketing Manager Hours: Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (one hour lunch break) Pay: DOE ($15-17/hour) Job duties: • Boxing up ad specialties, and driving them to the Santa Rosa branch to be distributed • Picking up items from our printer and distributing them • Picking up items from our offsite storage and distributing them • Labeling items • Printing and assembling name badges with lanyards • Assembling orders from departments and distributing them • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Must have to have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance. • Must be able to lift 25-30lb regularly. • Professional appearance and service-oriented.
