Med Screening Services is hiring multiple Customer Service Reps / Greeters / Screeners, who will provide the first level of customer service to patients and visitors in a friendly professional manner. There are full time and part time positions available, with flex hours, in all shifts. These part time shifts are available and some shorter and ad-hoc shifts can and will be available with part time work. Ad-hoc shifts may include daytime and/or nighttime coverage. Greets patients/visitors upon arrival at building entrances Enforces current visitor policy Conducts initial screening utilizing approved screening questionnaire Directs patient/visitor appropriately based on screening responses Distributes appropriate sticker, indicating the level of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Provides hospital approved mask to those entering building with instructions that it must be worn in our facility Provides instructions to use hand hygiene dispensers before entering building Ensures proper physical distancing is always maintained following established guidelines Ensures adequate supplies are on hand Works with site leaders to resolve unique situations and troubleshoot issues that may arise Other duties as assigned Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Incumbent must be flexible with assignment location Environment - work inside of building Temperature check Flexibility to work in shifts may be required - depending on location Some holiday shifts will be mandatory paid at a holiday rate. The initial pay rate starts at $12.00 per hour.
