This is as absurd as the federal branches coming out in public saying the covid-19 is 1000 times stronger than the original when natural viral variants are weaker than the original as every ethical scientist after passing through millions and millions of human immune systems that weaken it. The Army Corps of Engineers can remove 200,000 gallons or more at one time and we are supposed to save drop by drop in a political kit that is a ruse. The politicians want you to think they are doing something about this and transferring the responsibility to the victims - the people. That's you and I and you don't care enough do you? That's why we will always be taken advantage of.
