Join HYP in honoring some of the under-40's in the greater H/Z area who are having the biggest impact on our community. Award Categories are: Community Matters: A leader who make an impact outside their professional role by volunteering, coaching, non-profit board activity and other civic engagement. Equity Matters: A leader who advances equity, inclusion, and justice and has created an impact toward, but not limited to, ethnic and cultural diversity, gender equity, socioeconomic equity, and underprivileged persons' rights. Leadership Matters: A leader who has demonstrated outside-the-box thinking, has created significant impact within their organization, has been engaged in civic and community initiatives and is dedicated to inclusiveness. Development Matters: (Age 26 and under) An intern or entry level person who has shown great potential for future leadership in our community. *Limited to nominees aged 26 years old or younger at the time of the leadership awards gala The Mission of Holland/Zeeland Young Professionals is to lead the effort to develop, establish and promote opportunities for young professionals in West Michigan and enhance the region’s ability to attract and retain young professionals.
