Press release from the Loudoun County Government: August 19, 2021 Loudoun County will continue to have intermittent single-lane closures on north and southbound Evergreen Mills Road (Route 621) between Northstar Boulevard and Creighton Road. The roadway construction that began in June, which occurs between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each weekday, has been extended through the end of September 2021. Traffic will continue in a single lane through the construction area. The roadwork will alternate between north and southbound sections of Evergreen Mills Road.
