Locksmith (Estimated annual earnings at $50,000): • MUST pass criminal background screen. • Work with system to accurately pull and prepare locks for use and delivery. • Ability to modify hardware for locks. • Ability to maintain Mast Key Systems. • Rekey as needed to support customer needs. • Ability to cut keys by code. • Ability to maintain, service, and install residential and commercial hardware. • Ability to pick locks. • Ability to impression keys. • Stock lock shop and warehouse. • Manage Inventory in lock shop and warehouse. • Pull and pack orders for shipment. • Utilize photo verification on all orders. • Perform receiving, as needed. CDL -A Driver (Estimated annual earnings at $65,500) • Drive assigned company vehicle to the designated locations as determined by the day’s assignments. • Operate forklift and Teledyne while following all safety procedures. • Address customers and site personnel professionally and courteously at all times. • Work independently to achieve daily assignments, communicating with dispatch with any issues. • Follow all safety rules and guidelines associated with the position and any equipment used. • Handle all customer service concerns brought forth by representing the company professionally and in the interest of service. Request assistance from supervisor when needed. • Follow all safety rules, traffic rules, and company safety guidelines to verify the employee and company are protected at all times. • Utilize the electronic system in place to document all deliveries, orders and customer needs. • Manage inventory and strategize daily route activities. • Protect company assets to include the product and assigned vehicle. • Complete all paperwork/documentation promptly and accurately. • Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle and coordinate any vehicle needs with the mechanic. Experienced Yard Team Member with Multiple Specialties available (Trim and Door, Lumber Crew, Window Warehouse, Door Shop Technician) Estimated annual income based on specialty – Trim and Door and Lumber specialties: $52,000; Door Shop Technician: $72,000; Window Warehouse: $50,000 Experienced Lumberyard Crew - 1+ • 3+ years’ experience required • pulling lumber and building loads for shipment • Firm understanding of types of lumber utilized in construction • (such as framing carpenter or working with a lumber vendor). Experienced Trim & Door Crew - 1+ • 3+ years’ experience required • pulling trim / doors and building loads for shipment • understanding of the types of trim and common uses • (such as trim carpenter or door shop work or working for a trim vendor). Experienced Window Warehouse Crew - 1+ • 3+ years’ experience required • pulling windows and building loads for shipment • Ability to learn the naming structures associated with windows to best support building loads • (such as window install or working with a window vendor.) Experienced Door Shop Technician - 2+ • 3+ years’ experience required • building doors in a door shop or private location • Ability to read specifications and build with exact results • ability to follow all safety protocols related to working with cutting tools • (such as trim carpenter.) Warehouse and Yard Crew - 1+ • Great, trainable attitude required. No experience required.
