Maintenance Supervisor

Penn Florida Companies, a Boca Raton based Owner, Developer and Manager of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, is currently seeking a rock star Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate must have strong work ethics and be able to perform the following: Essential Duties: -Handle all Tenant work orders and service requests immediately upon complaint issued -Daily walks around each property to complete physical inspection of properties and complete checklist of items to be repaired/replaced as appropriate -Oversee Fire Sprinkler testing on the properties -Oversee Fire Alarm testing on the properties -Oversee all landscaping activities at their respective properties, i.e. lawn cutting, trimming, edging, blowing as well as the replacement of new flower plantings 2 times per year -Oversee the annual tree trimming projects prior to Hurricane season -Monthly check for any abnormalities on the roof of the building and report to the Property Manager as necessary -Daily check for water leaks in all the common areas of the properties -Daily check and clean outdoor fountain. -Monthly check mechanical, storage and maintenance rooms for cleanliness. -Any and all additional responsibilities as requested by the Property Manager and Director of Asset Management Weekly: -Weekly review with Property Manager to discuss the checklist of all necessary repairs needed at the properties -Check the exterior lights and timers at the properties to ensure all are in proper working condition -Weekly review of all property irrigation systems to ensure all heads are working properly and lawns are getting necessary water coverage -Weekly review of all vacant suites to ensure all are clean and in good showing condition and all lights and air conditioners are in operating condition Knowledge & Skills Requirements: -Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience -Must have valid Driver’s License and personal transportation -HVAC certification preferred but not required.
