Our landlord is selling our house and gave us the absolute minimum notice he legally could leaving us in a desperate situation. With the housing market as it is we cannot for the life of us find a rental we can afford. We are desperately searching for a livable bunkhouse trailer that we can buy on payments. We have 1500 to put down, 1000/month that we can pay and could cover the balance in late April. 14000 is the max we could go with this payment schedule. I suppose we could go more with a smaller monthly and longer term payment plan.
