You must be a go-getter with high personal standards and a desire to grow. We will train you, provide you with a truck, tools, and chemicals. Responsibilities: - Weekly commercial & residential pool maintenance, inspecting pool equipment, and balancing water chemistry - Balancing water chemistry, backwashing, algae treatments, phosphate treatments, water conditioning, and filter cleaning (we will train you) - Vacuuming, brushing walls, brushing tile, cleaning all skimmer/strainer baskets, emptying pool sweep - Monitor pool equipment and report any issues - Quickly respond to clients and maintain clear & professional communication at all times - Troubleshoot basic problems - Log all client service with the company app Attributes: - Strong communication skills - High level of personal accountability - Clean cut and professional - Teachable; takes constructive criticism - Works well with others - Takes initiative - Attention to detail is a must Requirements: - Pool maintenance experience preferred but not required - we will train the right person - Valid CA drivers license with a clean driving record - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
