HOME AND YARD HELPER NEEDED

I have a fairly large house and property in McKinleyville by Beau Pre Golf Course.  I'm getting older, have some leg and foot injuries and back problems, and don't get around as well as I used to. I need help with things I can't or don't want to do, like hedge trimming, brush clearing, weeding, spraying, fertilizing, planting, driveway and road blowing and cleaning, maybe even lawn edging and mowing.   Right now the roofs and gutters need cleaning and the skylights need washing. I also have some exterior doors and outdoor furniture that needs painting.  I can teach you to wash windows if you're interested, I have all the equipment. Sometimes I just need a hand moving or lifting stuff, or climbing a ladder or getting on the roof, or repairing things in and around the house that take more than two hands. A basic knowledge of yard tools and machines would help but no tools needed – I have everything as long as you take care of them. Experience is not necessary as long as you’re willing to learn and can listen. The hours are flexible - I like to do most of my yard and maintenance work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but that's not set in stone and some of the other house work can be done most anytime.  If you have other customers you do this type of work for maybe this could fit into your schedule. Work days can vary here from 6 or 8 hours down to 2 or 3. I'd like you to be around for a while so if you're really just looking for a full-time job and then will split, that won't work. You’ll need your own transportation and it would be best if you live in the north bay, like from Arcata north. If you live in Eureka or south you’re not going to want to come up to McKinleyville for a couple hours unless you have other customers up here. If you have others, great.
