Issue/Qestion about Boiler

I have a issue or maybe a problem regarding the boiler in my house. I have a large home and a single boiler that heats both levels of the home. The problem is I primarily only use the upper level of the house yet the boiler heats the entire home. This is very expensive in winter especially since no one is using the lower level.  If I had a pushed air system, I could just close vents. I guess I am trying to figure out how do I get the boiler too only heat the upper level radiators and not the lower level ones. If you have any guidance, suggestions or fixes please contact me and we can go from there. Thanks a lot
