Faces Hair Design and the Aveda loft is looking for a full-time/part-time shampoo assistant/s.
Responsibilities include:
Front desk
Answering the phone and managing appointmentsMaking confirmation calls for pending appointments, Greet clientsSchedule walk-insOnce the client arrives: Give the client a robe and offering him/her a beverage
Daily Duties
Meets with the stylists in the salon to go over their client roster for the day. Briefed by stylist on the times and type of service each client is to receive so they can prep them accordingly. Shampooing the client’s hair before a cut and performing any other treatment-related function that doesn’t require the skill or licensing of a cosmetologist.Sweep up hair after a client's haircut Restock and order salon suppliesWash robes and towelsAssist stylists for items they may need for client’s serviceMonthly manual inventory countSaturday scrub down and clean-up
