WOODBURY, MN — A Woodbury man was fatally shot in Minneapolis, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner. Tu'Quan Lee Smith Sr. was shot Sunday at 1:55 a.m. at White Castle off of West Lake Street, dying one minute later, officials said. The ME said that Smith died of gunshot wounds to the chest and that Minneapolis Police are investigating.
