Looking for a small room or office space

Hi, I am a music producer, web developer, graphic artist, photographer, videographer and crypto investor. I want to start recording new music and filming my own podcast. I need a small space or room that I could turn into my own space and put up certain pictures and give it a certain look and feel. I wanted to see if we could do some type of barter where if you need any of my services I could help you do whatever you need in exchange for the space. Willing to even help you run your business and do office and administrative work just let me know. It doesn't have to be in Orlando either could be in other areas of Florida I'm willing to travel.
