House repairs needed

Hi there, I'm looking for a handyman/contractor who can help me fix minor repairs at my house. I need someone to replace the wood trim/facia on my patio area and remove the vent of a swap cooler from my roof and add roof shingles. See the photos attached. Also I have some additional minor repairs at my home: such as replacing a sink faucet in one of my bathrooms, and fix parts of my wooden fence.
