Help, young terrier mix found

I was at a market in Lamont and this dog came up to me and was being very playful and tugging on my flannel shirt to take him so I couldn’t resist. The workers nearby said he has been roaming alone and didn’t seem to have a family, unless he was dumped. I cannot keep him due to having to many dogs ( 2 of which I’ve taken in ) so anyone please help me out if you can. He is very sweet and loves to jump on you and cuddle :/. Call or text me please I’ll try to hold him as long as I can
