We are looking for a total of 3 cooks for some events that are coming up and maybe a full time job. This job entails driving the truck from the commissary which is 3 -20 miles away depending on the day. must be persistent and on time to your shift. *must be okay to take a drug test at any time* Cook/Prep Cook - Responsible for providing preparation for all menu items, maintaining high quality standards and a safe working environment. Cook/Prep Cook: -Must have at least 2 years experience as a Prep/Line Cook at a full service restaurant. Work well under pressure (constant menu changes/specials, sudden requests or sudden increase in business levels.) -Must possess excellent knife and kitchen equipment skills. -Must be able to learn and train in a timely manner, under numerous employees direction. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs in a day-to-day basis.
