Rehoming fee for female kitten

I have a 4 month old female kitten. Has 1 more round of shots then will be old enough to get fixed. I have been taking her to pet resource on 59tb street where they quoted me $50 to get spayed. Very loving and great cat. Gets along w my older cat and young children. Litter box trained! & eats purina kitten chow. Asking rehoming fee of $40 to assure she goes to a good home, and to pay back half of getting her first 2 rounds of shots.
