Average turnover rate is 2 to 6 apartments per month with minor repairs and general cleaning. Looking for motivated employees with experience in general maintenance or cleaning. The apartments are fully furnished with appliances, dishes, utensils, towels and linens. The building has a laundromat and multiple stairwells to maintain. Maintenance workers must have basic knowledge of drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, lawn Care, and snow removal.
