Job Duties: -Auto Body Painters should have at least 1-2 years of auto painting experience! -Work in a multi-vehicle down draft paint booth with A/C in the mixing room. -Multiple Prep/Tape techs preparing vehicles for paint. -Color matching/blending techniques. SMART repair or auction background a plus. -Must be able to work some weekends in a very fast-paced environment. -Maintain a clean & organized work environment. -May be required to work overtime. Ensures that each vehicle has the highest quality paint-work. -Ensures all required and blend panels are sanded and repaired properly. -Verifies proper paint colors per vehicle order prior to painting vehicles. -Properly wash, blow, and track all vehicles. -Ensures vehicles are taped properly prior to painting. REQUIREMENTS: -SMART repair or auction background is a plus. -Previous auto body painting experience is a must. We are a diversity growth-oriented organization.
