We're looking for a full-time, year-round entry level mechanic tech! TOOLS ARE NOT REQUIRED- we supply the tools. A $500.00 signing bonus will be given after completion of 90 days of work. a $500.00 bonus will be given after completion of the first season of work (April 30th 2022). The job description includes: Maintaining a fleet of snowblowers, tractors, and other small engines and begin working on preventative maintenance of Diesel Trucks! During the winter you will travel in a company supplied truck and trailer to go from satellite location to satellite location. You must be able to tow a trailer. Willing to work in tough winter conditions Be able to change what you are working on in a moments notice to help the team at any given time. Willingness to adapt. Must be proficient at 12-volt wiring Must be an independent thinker Willing to learn and continue to learn Must be personable Capable of showing company values Have some snowplowing experience or willing to learn Must be able to work in the winter off hours, weekends, holidays weather dependent.
