We are looking for crew members to help us offer high quality lawn and landscape services to our WONDERFUL Lansing area clients! Seeking individuals with: - A valid Michigan driver's license - Strong leadership ability - Good customer service skills with attention to detail - Ability to be resourceful, reliable, and multi-task - High degree of professionalism - Experience in sales and/or management position(s) - Basic computer knowledge with an understanding of google drive and microsoft office Responsibilities include: - Oversee daily operations of crew(s) - Help on job sites as needed and/or meet with potential clients on sales leads - Coordinate and schedule jobs to be done - Maintain strong communications with existing clients - Manage issues as they arise from crew and clients - Collaborate with other Crew Leads, CFO, and Owner on daily operational needs Be part of our outdoor revolution and apply today!
