We are looking for Experienced Construction crews and or Licensed Subcontractors for the following trades If you are a contractor you must be licensed and insured Concrete - Must be good with stamped concrete Masonry - Flagstone Patios & Travertine Pavers & retaining wall Experience Carpenter - Patio Covers & pergolas & Exterior dry rot replacement on Fascia and eves Landscape - Install Turf / Synthetic grass & Sod / Sprinklers / Irrigation systems and plant knowledge Laborers - Concrete demo / Digging trenches / Spreading Gravel and Installing Sod plus daily labor duties Electrician - for exterior lighting and outdoor kitchen hookups & pool equipment and sub panel installs Plumber - Gas Lines to outdoor fireplace and drainage for outdoor kitchens Pool Tile Installers Granite & Quartz countertop installer Pool Plastering Roofer - Experience in Tile & Metal roofing (NO CONTRACTORS) Roof Removal crew or subcontractor Please EMAIL us with your experience and desires pay rate and trades your experienced in.
