About SIG Property Management: manage 100+ locations
Job Responsibilities: La Crescenta Property Management Company has a maintenance division in need of another skilled handyman to handle minor and intermediate repairs on vacant and occupied units. Must be safe, have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and some basic tools of their own. Must be polite to customers and professional. Must be able to use smart phone for work assignments, photos, and software apps. Sample projects are installation of floor and shower tiles, patching/painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, door locks, smoke detectors, disposals, etc. Must work at a fast pace with quality and professional standards. 40 hours a week. Approx. time would normally be 8:30-4:00 M-F but could vary. Most units located within a 15 mile radius of Glendale area. Full Benefits available after 30 days including paid PTO, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, 401K, company phone, mileage, and more. Bilingual is a plus.
