Our Residential Apartment Division is currently seeking FULL TIME Maintenance Technicians in Los Angeles.
$24 hourly
+401K, Dental, Life, Medical, Vision insurance
The following qualifications are required:
Basic knowledge of building systems, i.e. plumbing, electrical
Experience and skill with basic maintenance tools
Perform painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, maintenance and appliance repairs
Must have good communication skills in English with knowledge of Spanish a definite plus
Must be able to work cooperatively with others and take direction. Must be able to perfom qualiy work in a fast paced environment
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
