Benefits - $250 signing bonus - $18/hour regardless of delivery/pickup volume + paid driver orientation - Comfort of having no passengers in your car - Flexibility for morning and/or afternoon shifts (with potential to become full-time if desired with increased pay) Role: Returnmates is seeking a part-time contracted driver that will be the face of our business during pickups. You’ll leverage the company's technology to pick up folks' online returns on a scheduled route. You’ll work closely with the founders of the company as we build Returnmates in LA. Your day-to-day will consist of: - Picking up packages from our customers in one zone of LA - Operating a mobile app that routes you to the pick up locations and allows you to take pictures of the returns - Delivering excellent customer service BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Have a valid driver's license - Willing to use your own personal vehicle - Willing to start your route in Venice each day PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft), food delivery companies, shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx) valet, etc. - Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
