The Covid-19 Pandemic saw a very high demand for pets. BYBs charged ridiculous prices for cats and dogs that were not healthy. Now that people have gone back into the office, pets have been surrendered to Shelters at an alarming rate. On top of that, there have been multiple N. California fires that have left pets homeless.
