Friendly Red Bearded Dragon with Custom Tank

Petunia is the sweetest beardie and I am only giving her up because I am moving over seas. She is just about 1.5 years old and very healthy - I have had her since she was a baby and no health issues. She loves eating her greens and any type of insects (dubias are her favorites). She is super active and loves to come out of her tank to run around a room or sit in the sunlight (we bring her outside in one of those cat-mesh-outdoor things). Petunia is potty trained (she will go on a paper towel while sunning outside her cage) which I find easier to clean but she will also go in her cage if that is preferred. I had a custom tank made for Petunia that is 47.5 inches long, 19.5 inches wide, and 22 inches tall - plenty of space for her full-grown size and a rare sized tank to get. Her set up comes with everything she needs - UV light, heat lamp, ceramic light, thermometer, branches, a hide, hammocks, light stand. Overall all of this cost around $1200. I am asking for $350 for Petunia and everything else but am willing to ask less for someone who is experienced in caring for bearded dragons. Petunia cannot be taken in to use for breeding.
