POSITION: Landscape Maintenance Labor SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED The Landscape Maintenance laborer is to help insure production standards are met and is to report to the Maintenance Foreman and Account/Operations Manager DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS Landscape Maintenance laborer is expected to follow specific instruction from the Maintenance Foreman and Account Manager that include but not limited to: mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, blowing KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES • Minimum of two (1) year of experience preferred but not required • Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance equipment preferred but not required • Reliable transpiration to and from work ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY • Reporting any and all safety issues to their supervisor (Foreman or Crew Lead) • Ensure the security of all equipment on job site and the equipment yard • Ensure operating equipment safely • Ensure product quality PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS • Ability to lift 50 lbs. + • Flexibility to work in safe but harsh climate (rain, wind, snow, heat)
