We are paying a good amount because we are attracting responsible individuals who NEED to work because responsibility's! This is not a good job for someone in school or has other priorities. Wednesday and Thursday 5PM to 10PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 1PM to 10PM Job Description 60% of the time- Interacting with customers, preparing their orders, cooking food and preparing consumable products, processing credit and cash transactions, and paperwork to go along with orders. 20% of the time- cleaning, organizing, restocking items, performing inventory, and filling out daily paperwork. 20% of the time- Hooking trailer up to hitch, taking unit out to location, Bringing unit back to commissary, unhooking trailer from hitch, rolling around and starting a portable generator(weighs a few hundred pounds), and setting up food truck(requires ability to lift around 75lbs more or less).
