Position Title: Studio Model
Status: Part-time, Temporary
Days needed each week: Flexible, Mondays- Fridays
Duration: Fall 2021 semester, with possible continuation into the Spring 2022 semester
Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties:
• Poses for fine arts studio classes; figure drawing, painting and other drawing courses for as required by class curriculum
• Adapts and sustains a variety of portrait poses
• Professionally and appropriately interacts with students and faculty
• Ability to provide full range of traditional life drawing poses, from gestures to sustained poses as required by the instructor
• Ability to maintain poses for a fixed period of time
Qualifications: (Experience, Skills & Abilities)
• Experience as studio model is preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Sports, dance, theater, or modeling background is preferred
• Must be responsible, flexible, and reliable
• Must have a professional presence
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Ability to hold a pose for a period of time
