Strong attention to detail, have organizational skills and is a fast learner. 2. Investigative mind while also a naturally creative problem solver. 3. Superior computer skills with an overall talent for technology. 4. The ability to take control of a situation, find the issue and put the solution into action 5. Ability to spell correctly and articulate ideas, descriptions and instructions clearly. 6. Must have an understanding of residential home construction and maintenance. 7. Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check. 8. Must have a valid driver's license, insurable driving record and insured reliable transportation. Primary job duties: 1. Coordinating and scheduling unit turns. 2. Coordination of annual maintenance tasks. 3. Facilitating occupied home work orders. 4. Troubleshoot work orders in person or over the phone with clear communication to give exact instructions. 5. Communication with vendors, residents and property owners timely and with superior service. 6. Support the Maintenance Department team with administrative, logistical or manual labor tasks as needed. 8. Inspecting properties which includes report preparation, providing photo and video documentation. Salary: $16.00 - TBD, depending on experience Our Generous Benefits Package is offered 60 days after start date and includes the following: 9 paid holidays plus paid vacation time that you start earning on your first day. At the end of your first year you could earn as much as 15 days of paid personal time off. Also available is Employer sponsored Health and Optical insure. Employer pays 90% of the base package. Employee may add a spouse or dependents at their expense but at the group premium rates. We also participate in Oregonsaves.com which is a Roth IRA.
