We are currently looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic for our diesel trucks and other heavy equipment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
(1) Preventative and routine maintenance repairs, completing vehicle component lubrication and replacement, and cooling system maintenance.
(2) Troubleshoots electrical components such as gauges, sending units, relays, lighting systems and solenoids.
(3) Performs expert repairs on material handling equipment, such as cranes.
(4) Maintains a clean work area, sweeps floors, removes oil and grease spills and performs other general custodial work, as required.
(5) Maintains personal tools and company owned tools.
(6) Accurately completes all associated forms such as inspection records, time sheets, and work orders
(7) Demonstrates team attitude, and works to attain individual and company goals.
Minimum Requirements:
(1) Valid Driver License
(2) Significant Diesel Mechanic experience
(3) Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
(4) Proficiency in the safe operation of heavy equipment
