Savannah Monitor w/ custom enclosure

I have a juvenile male Savannah Monitor up for rehome. He is pretty friendly and has never attempted to bite, at worst he with huff and puff when he’s grumpy. He’s a great eater and just an all around fun pet. He has a custom built enclosure that is around 4’x2’x2’. I am a carpenter and spent a lot of time on this build. Opens from the front down, as photos show, and is specifically set up to mimic his natural environment and needs. Comes with all lights and timers and exhaust fans. I’m asking $300 or best offer. The enclosure alone unfurnished would cost that much. Please write with any questions. Rehoming is due to us moving and I just don’t have the time to take care of all these animals anymore. Also have a few tarantulas and a common snapping turtle for rehome.
