Anyone recognize this super friendly kitty with no tail? She’s been hanging around for the past few days and meowing and seems pretty hungry every time I feed her. I know there are many cats in the neighborhood and I just wanted to check and make sure whether or not she needs help — North Holden St. and Chase Ave. area!
