Hi! We’re Briana and Peter. We live in Boulder on a beautiful tiny farm with our two kids (6 & 13), three cats, two dogs, ten chickens and two alpacas. Our personal & professional mission is to create a more peaceful world by helping people heal, find peace & balance, and awaken to their potential. We do healing work, lead retreats, teach, write, coach, and tend to our land. We always have a lot on our plates! As our household assistant, you’d be a part of our lives. Your work gives us the space and breathing room to do our best work. We believe in feng shui & that the space we’re rooted in (our home and land) has a huge impact on our relationships, our work, our happiness, etc. The small things matter as much as the big things. So, having a home environment that’s clean, organized, flowing smoothly, and full of beauty is super important - for everyone! We work mostly from home so it’s essential that we are a good fit together. There is a lot to be done and we are looking for someone that is both detail oriented and can work independently. Your ability to make a long-term commitment to our family is essential. Job responsibilities include: * Daily or frequent tasks are things like... cleaning the kitchen, scooping litter boxes, picking up and organizing the house, taking out recycling & chicken scraps, collecting eggs, doing laundry, making beds. * Weekly tasks include things like... organizing different parts of the house, deeper cleaning. Occasionally picking vegetables & herbs. * Less frequent tasks include things like... organizing closets, cleaning cars, taking dry cleaning to cleaners, bringing things to post office or UPS, bigger household projects, picking up / transporting kids, taking dogs to get groomed, random jobs. This position is part-time, 10-15 hours per week, with a starting salary of $20-22/hour. Aside from our 6-year-old, our family is all vaccinated & given our safety commitments to our clients and our kids' schools, we need you to be also.
