The duties and responsibilities of a Field Laborer & Excavator are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient job site while also supporting the overall project. The list of duties and responsibilities on any given day may include the following but not be limited to: *Cleaning and preparing job sites (demo, excavation, hauling debris, etc) *Loading and unloading materials and equipment. *Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes. *Following instructions from management. *Assisting skilled tradespeople (service technicians/plumbers) in their project & following instructions. *Maintain a clean and organized working environment. *Concrete rough patch a major plus Desired Skills / Qualifications: *Valid clean driving record & driver's license *Ability to work on weekends and late shifts when needed *Must be able to understand and execute actions based on of verbal and visual instructions. *Ability to lift 25+ pounds repetitively. *Stand for the duration of the shift *Bend continuously throughout the shift *Perform repetitive motions for the duration of the shift *Come with a positive attitude and team work mentality
