Senior dog needs a good home

7 yr old dog needs a good home. No time/money to take care of him. He’s old but a sweet dog, he is pretty well trained, he knows sit, lay down, give paw/high five, spin around. He goes to the bathroom outside, friendly to some dogs but to others not so much. Preferably a family with no kids/pets because a lot of attention is needed for him, can be afraid of some men, loves belly rubs and playing fetch. He likes all types of food but sometimes can break out to cheaper dog food. He sheds a lot during certain seasons, not sure what breeds he is mixed with. Have been told he may need to be neutered to prevent health issues in future, but otherwise in good health. Small rehoming fee. Must be willing to update with pictures and status over time. Could be a great companion to an elder or someone who has a lot of time to care for him. His name is Titus, located in North Philly near Temple
