NOT A CONTRACTOR - Homeowner looking for 1 or 2 painters. Need painters for a day project to finish condo being sold. Project will be to paint ceilings, walls and a stairwell. Empty condo, pay depends on skill but rate starts between $15/hr up to $20/hr for someone self-efficient. If you can't paint, no need to respond. This is a weekend project that we walk in & out & get paid. All that is needed is to know how to paint and maybe your own brush(s). Work dates are: August 22nd and/or Wed 25th. Do not call asking for more money, crews or a raise...this is just a finish-up project that needs someone who can get some work done in a very relaxed environment.
