Musician in new of rehearsal/studio space

Hey there, I am a musician who is looking for a place where I can play loudly to rehearsal and potentially record demos. Ideally, would be nice to get a monthly lock out with 24 hour access, but I'm also down to split space with a band or someone else who already has a PA setup.
