Landscape laborer $20/h to start

I am looking to hire one person as a landscape laborer starting at $20 per hour for one or two jobs per week every week until winter. There is the opportunity for more regular work and higher pay if you do well. This position is for someone who has the use of a car or truck. Training will be provided. Duties include preparing landscape beds for mulch, mulching, weeding, pruning, leaf removal, and installing plants. Tools, water, and gloves will be provided.
