Dress found-are you missing a package?

In the bushes in front of my house, I found a torn open package and a dress, which to me look like the leave behind of a disappointed package thief. The package was pink tissue, with a note from “Jenn” saying “enjoy the dress” (see photo). The dress is vintage and appears to be custom/handmade. If you can describe the dress, it is yours.
